Responsibilities
- Assist with daily accounts payable and accounts receivable processing.
- Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger entries.
- Prepare and review invoices, expense reports, and vouchers.
- Support the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements.
- Reconcile credit card statements and maintain accurate filing systems.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual tax filings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in accounting, or recent graduation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and formulas).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or Xero) is a plus.
