Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and review of monthly financial statements and general ledger accounts.
- Maintain organized and accurate filing systems for invoices, receipts, and bank statements.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and timely.
- Perform bank reconciliations and credit card statement reviews.
- Support the accounting department with data entry and tax preparation assistance.
- Prepare and distribute internal financial reports to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (or equivalent experience).
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and GAAP.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and Word.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
