Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Assist senior accountants with daily financial tasks and data entry.
- Process invoices, receipts, and general ledger entries with high accuracy.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts.
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Maintain and organize financial documentation and records.
- Prepare basic financial reports and spreadsheets.
- Communicate with clients and vendors regarding billing inquiries.
Qualifications:

- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data handling.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is a plus).
