Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and examine monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure accurate financial data entry.
- Assist in the preparation of tax documents and ensure full compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Perform variance analysis and assist in budget preparation processes.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the finance team to optimize cash flow management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional accounting experience.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CMA designation is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or similar accounting software.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong understanding of tax laws and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail.
