Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and reconciliations
- Maintain and organize financial records using QuickBooks and Excel
- Prepare basic financial statements and reports under supervision
- Support tax preparation documentation and filing processes
- Conduct data entry and ensure audit trail compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve financial discrepancies
Qualifications
