Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Perform daily accounts payable and accounts receivable operations, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and maintain accurate general ledger records.
- Support the tax preparation process by gathering necessary financial data and documentation.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing procedures, including variance analysis.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve financial reporting processes and internal controls.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (recent graduates welcomed).
- 0-2 years of relevant experience or internship in accounting/finance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically advanced Excel functions (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, or Xero.
- Strong understanding of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
