Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the general ledger, ensuring all entries are accurate and timely.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Perform bank reconciliations and month-end close procedures efficiently.
- Assist in the annual budgeting process and provide variance analysis to management.
- Conduct internal audits and review financial processes to ensure compliance and control.
- Support the tax preparation process and coordinate with external auditors.
- Streamline accounting workflows and implement best practices for efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
- Minimum of 4-6 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, or SAP).
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and v-lookups.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills with a focus on cross-departmental collaboration.
