Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily operation of the general ledger and accounts payable/receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Process invoices and ensure timely payment of vendor bills.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Generate basic financial reports and data analysis.
- Support the senior accounting team with various ad-hoc financial tasks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- Previous experience is not required; we value attitude and teachability.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
