Responsibilities
- Monitor and implement federal/state regulatory requirements (FINRA, SEC, AML)
- Conduct internal audits and risk assessments for financial operations
- Develop/update compliance policies and procedures documentation
- Train staff on regulatory changes and ethical conduct standards
- Investigate compliance violations and recommend corrective actions

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- 3+ years compliance/regulatory experience in financial services
- Certification (CRCM, CAMS, or CCEP) preferred
- Advanced knowledge of banking regulations and risk management
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in compliance software (e.g., RSA Archer, NAVEX)
