Your Role
As an Entry Level Accountant, you will be the backbone of our financial operations. You will work closely with our senior finance team to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all accounting processes.
What You'll Do
- General Ledger Support: Assist in maintaining the general ledger by posting journal entries and reconciling accounts.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets under supervision.
- Accounts Payable/Receivable: Process invoices, manage payments, and verify incoming payments.
- Payroll Assistance: Support the payroll process by collecting time sheets and verifying data.
- Compliance: Ensure all financial activities comply with local and federal regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Software: Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite) is a plus.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional ability to spot errors and maintain data integrity.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily reconciliation of bank statements and credit card accounts.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes.
- Perform data entry and filing of financial documents.
- Prepare basic financial spreadsheets and reports.
- Communicate with vendors and clients regarding invoices and payments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 0-2 years of experience in accounting or a recent graduate.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles (GAAP).
