- Perform monthly account reconciliations for banking, credit cards, and general ledger accounts
- Assist in preparing financial statements including balance sheets and income statements
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions with accuracy
- Support tax preparation and documentation for corporate clients
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial records
- Collaborate with senior accountants on audit readiness tasks
- Utilize QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel for data analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 0-2 years of accounting internship or work experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
- Basic understanding of GAAP and tax regulations
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- QuickBooks certification preferred
