Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and variance reports
- Reconcile bank accounts and general ledger entries with meticulous attention to detail
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions and maintain vendor records
- Assist with quarterly audits and tax documentation preparation
- Support month-end closing processes and journal entry maintenance
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP) for data entry and reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial analysis projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (0-2 years experience)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and accounting software
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and financial reporting standards
- Excellent analytical skills with high accuracy in numerical data handling
