- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions with precision
- Assist in month-end closing procedures and reconciliations
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and Excel
- Prepare basic financial statements and supporting schedules
- Support audit preparation and documentation requests
- Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies
- Adhere to GAAP and internal compliance standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (recent graduates encouraged)
- 1-2 years of accounting internship or part-time experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
