Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable and manage general ledger entries
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial statement preparation
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card transactions
- Support tax documentation and compliance requirements
- Maintain digital filing systems for financial records
- Collaborate with senior accountants on special projects
- Learn and implement QuickBooks software
Qualifications
