Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile financial transactions using QuickBooks and Excel
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Prepare payroll documentation and tax filings
- Conduct audits of expense reports and vendor invoices
- Support budget forecasting and variance analysis
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial records
- Collaborate with team members on special accounting projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (required)
- 0-2 years of accounting internship or entry-level experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Basic understanding of GAAP principles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Oklahoma CPA exam eligibility preferred
