Responsibilities
- Review, verify, and process high-volume invoices (PO & Non-PO) in a timely manner.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and communicate effectively with vendors and internal departments.
- Manage the accounts payable aging report and ensure all accounts are current.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and maintain fixed asset capitalization records.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or related financial roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or Sage) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and basic accounting principles.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
