Responsibilities
- Assist with month-end closing processes including journal entries and account reconciliations
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions with meticulous attention to detail
- Prepare financial statements and reports under senior accountant guidance
- Support internal audits and compliance documentation requirements
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial records using QuickBooks
- Collaborate with cross-department teams on budget tracking and variance analysis
- Participate in continuous training programs to expand accounting knowledge
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (recent graduates welcome)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
- Strong numerical aptitude and analytical reasoning skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Detail-oriented approach with high accuracy standards
