Responsibilities
- Perform daily bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable/receivable processing
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial statement preparation
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card transactions
- Support tax preparation documentation and compliance activities
- Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks and Excel
- Collaborate with auditors during annual reviews
- Process payroll and employee expense reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 0-2 years of accounting internship or entry-level experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Professional communication and teamwork abilities
- Relevant coursework in financial accounting preferred
