- Manage full-cycle accounting operations for diverse portfolio of clients
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance commentary
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes with accuracy
- Develop and implement streamlined accounting workflows
- Collaborate with tax department on compliance and optimization strategies
- Mentor junior accountants through virtual knowledge-sharing sessions
- Utilize advanced Excel and QuickBooks Online for financial modeling
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Expertise in GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial reporting
