Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close, reconciliation, and financial reporting
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process optimization
- Prepare and review tax filings, compliance documentation, and audit materials
- Develop and implement financial controls to ensure regulatory compliance and data integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning initiatives
- Maintain accurate financial records using advanced accounting software and ERP systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with remote work exposure
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar accounting platforms
- Expert knowledge of GAAP, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards
