Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes including journal entries and reconciliations
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and vendor/client communications
- Support tax preparation and compliance documentation for corporate clients
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial records in compliance with GAAP
- Collaborate with senior accountants on audit preparation and special projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (recent graduates encouraged)
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel (intermediate skills)
