Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Manage accounts payable/receivable processes with 99.8% accuracy
- Conduct bank reconciliations and general ledger maintenance
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Process payroll and tax documentation for 50+ clients
- Support internal audits and compliance initiatives
- Utilize QuickBooks Online and Excel for financial modeling
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (3.0+ GPA preferred)
- 0-2 years of accounting internship or related experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, MS Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables), and accounting software
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and tax regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and adaptability
- Valid California driver's license (for client site visits)
