Responsibilities
- Perform daily bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable/receivable processing and bank reconciliations
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial statement preparation
- Support tax compliance activities including document collection and form preparation
- Maintain accurate digital records using QuickBooks and Excel-based reporting tools
- Collaborate with senior accountants on audit readiness and documentation
- Analyze financial data trends to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Adhere to GAAP standards and internal control protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (recent graduates encouraged)
- 1-2 years of internship or academic accounting experience preferred
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and accounting software
