Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and journal entries
- Prepare financial statements and supporting documentation
- Conduct data entry in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Coordinate audits by providing requested documentation
- Monitor compliance with GAAP and industry regulations
- Support tax preparation and filing processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (required)
- 0-2 years of accounting internship or experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data
