Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate general ledger accounts and financial records.
- Process and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Perform bank reconciliations and prepare necessary adjusting journal entries.
- Assist with payroll processing and the review of employee expense reports.
- Organize and archive financial documents and records for compliance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is essential).
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Willingness to obtain a Bookkeeping certification (we support training).
