Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Resolve account inquiries and provide personalized financial solutions
- Balance cash drawer and adhere to strict compliance protocols
- Actively identify cross-sell opportunities for banking products
- Maintain strict confidentiality of customer financial information
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve customer satisfaction goals
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays
- Basic proficiency with banking software and Microsoft Office
- Nebraska state banking license (or ability to obtain)
