Responsibilities
- Perform detailed credit analysis on loan applications and existing accounts to determine risk levels.
- Prepare and maintain credit reports, financial statements, and risk assessment documentation.
- Monitor customer accounts for early signs of financial distress and proactively recommend remedial actions.
- Collaborate with the underwriting team to structure deals that align with company risk appetite.
- Assist in the development and refinement of credit scoring models and policies.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in credit analysis, risk assessment, or commercial banking.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial statements.
- Detail-oriented mindset with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
