Responsibilities
- Build and maintain complex financial models to support accurate budgeting and forecasting for multiple business units.
- Conduct in-depth variance analysis to explain differences between actuals and budgets, presenting findings to senior leadership.
- Prepare high-level monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports that comply with GAAP standards.
- Collaborate with operations and sales teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational efficiencies.
- Support the annual audit process by providing necessary documentation and reconciliation schedules.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills to automate reporting processes and improve data integrity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required.
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or FP&A.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Pivot Tables) and financial modeling software.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate them into actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting to stakeholders at all levels.
