- Process daily customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments with precision and speed.
- Accurately balance cash drawers and reconcile daily settlement reports to ensure financial integrity.
- Build rapport with clients by answering inquiries regarding accounts, products, and services.
- Identify and cross-sell banking products to meet branch sales goals.
