Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15-20 corporate clients using QuickBooks Online
- Prepare month-end financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Oversee accounts payable/reconciliation and payroll processing
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations
- Collaborate with tax preparers for quarterly filings and year-end audits
- Implement financial controls and process improvements
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience with corporate clients
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- CPA or Enrolled Agent certification preferred
- Proven track record of managing multi-client portfolios
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
