Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 200+ employees across multiple states
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and benefit enrollments
- Generate payroll reports for executive team and external auditors
- Collaborate with HR on employee data maintenance and onboarding
- Research and resolve payroll discrepancies within SLAs
- Implement process improvements using automation tools
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now or SAP SuccessFactors certification
- Proficiency in Excel and payroll tax software
- Knowledge of FLSA, state wage laws, and ACA requirements
- Associates degree in Accounting/Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- Ability to work independently with flexible hours
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
