Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Manage payroll processing and tax filings
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reports
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries
- Assist with audits and compliance documentation
- Implement QuickBooks or Xero accounting systems
- Provide financial insights to business owners
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks/Xero/MYOB
- Strong knowledge of GAAP principles
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance required
- Daily payroll processing certification preferred
- Ability to manage multiple client deadlines
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid Texas driver's license for client visits
