Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 3-5 high-value client accounts
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis reports
- Process accounts payable/receivable with 100% accuracy
- Conduct bank reconciliations and month-end closing procedures
- Assist with tax preparation documentation and compliance reviews
- Maintain detailed financial records in QuickBooks Online
- Collaborate with senior accountants on audit readiness
- Implement process improvements for financial workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel (advanced functions)
