Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping and reconcile accounts payable/receivable
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with CA labor laws
- Assist with month-end closings and audit preparations
- Utilize QuickBooks Online for real-time financial tracking
- Collaborate with CFOs on strategic financial modeling
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounting experience in SF Bay Area
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- CPA certification or equivalent accounting degree
- Experience with CA tax regulations and payroll processing
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
