Responsibilities
- Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Build lasting relationships through personalized financial advice and product recommendations
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining professional composure
- Balance cash drawers and daily transactions with meticulous attention to detail
- Uphold strict security protocols and regulatory compliance standards
- Actively cross-sell banking products to enhance customer financial wellness
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve monthly service and sales targets
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or cash handling role
- Proficiency with banking software and MS Office applications
- Strong mathematical aptitude and cash handling skills
- Excellent verbal communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Texas Notary Public certification preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) fluency highly valued
