Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with accuracy
- Provide personalized financial guidance and product recommendations
- Balance cash drawers and maintain meticulous transaction records
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Actively cross-sell bank services while maintaining trust and compliance
- Uphold strict security protocols and anti-fraud measures
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve service and sales goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with banking software and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays
- Tennessee banking license (or willingness to obtain)
