Responsibilities
- Process routine customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve client inquiries with professionalism
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for bank products and services
- Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and adhere to security protocols
- Assist with new account openings and basic account maintenance
- Participate in branch marketing initiatives and community events
- Adhere to all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year of customer service or cash handling experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays
- Basic proficiency with banking software and Microsoft Office
- Fraud prevention and security awareness training
