Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
- Provide exceptional customer service while resolving inquiries and concerns
- Open new accounts and assist with digital banking tools
- Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate transaction records
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for bank products
- Adhere to strict security protocols and compliance standards
- Collaborate with branch team members to achieve service goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Basic knowledge of banking regulations and procedures
- Proficiency with banking software and Microsoft Office
- Spanish fluency highly valued in Tucson market
