Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with accuracy and efficiency, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Build strong relationships by providing personalized financial advice and product recommendations
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions to ensure accuracy

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
