Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Provide personalized financial guidance and product recommendations (checking accounts, credit cards, savings)
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently while maintaining positive relationships
- Balance cash drawer and reconcile daily transactions according to strict compliance protocols
- Cross-sell bank products and services to meet branch sales targets
- Adhere to all banking regulations, security procedures, and anti-fraud protocols
- Participate in branch initiatives including community events and financial literacy workshops
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in finance preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling experience in customer service role
- Proficiency with banking software and MS Office applications
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and some holidays
- Basic knowledge of banking regulations (Regulations CC, E, Z)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
