Responsibilities
- Process routine transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Build lasting relationships by identifying customer needs and offering appropriate banking solutions
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Balance cash drawers and daily transactions with meticulous attention to detail
- Assist with resolving customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to branch management
- Actively promote bank products and services to enhance customer financial wellness
- Participate in branch operations initiatives and cross-functional training programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in finance preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or cash handling role
- Strong numerical aptitude and proficiency with banking software systems
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to communicate clearly and empathetically
- Detail-oriented with proven ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Basic knowledge of banking regulations and security procedures
- Valid Wisconsin Notary Public license or willingness to obtain upon hire
