Responsibilities
- Process 50+ daily transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and wire transfers with 99.9% accuracy
- Resolve complex customer inquiries regarding account balances, fraud prevention, and digital banking tools
- Cross-sell bank products (loans, credit cards, investment accounts) based on customer financial profiles
- Maintain strict compliance with federal banking regulations (BSA/AML) and internal audit protocols
- Train junior tellers on new systems and customer service best practices
- Conduct daily cash drawer reconciliation and end-of-day balancing procedures
- Support branch marketing initiatives through community outreach events
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in retail banking or financial services
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Advanced knowledge of banking software (e.g., Fiserv, Jack Henry)
- Fraud detection and prevention certification preferred
- Exceptional communication skills in English and Spanish (bilingual candidates highly valued)
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail
- Valid Oklahoma Notary Public commission or willingness to obtain within 30 days
