Responsibilities
- Process 50+ daily transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 99% accuracy
- Resolve complex customer inquiries regarding accounts, services, and digital banking tools
- Actively promote and cross-sell banking products (credit cards, loans, savings accounts)
- Maintain strict adherence to security protocols and anti-fraud procedures
- Balance cash drawers daily and reconcile discrepancies within established timeframes
- Collaborate with branch managers to identify customer needs and service gaps
- Support branch operations through scheduling, training, and process improvements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with banking software (e.g., Fiserv, Jack Henry)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments during peak hours
- Familiarity with banking regulations (Reg CC, BSA) and compliance standards
- Exceptional communication skills in English; bilingual Spanish a plus
