Responsibilities
- Conduct regular internal audits to ensure adherence to company policies, federal, state, and local laws.
- Monitor changes in regulatory requirements and update internal procedures accordingly.
- Prepare and present compliance reports to senior management and regulatory bodies.
- Develop and deliver training programs to educate staff on compliance standards and ethical practices.
- Investigate internal complaints and potential violations of the code of conduct.
- Collaborate with legal counsel to navigate complex regulatory landscapes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or auditing.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, HIPAA, and industry-specific compliance standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
