Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in compliance, auditing, or risk management.
- Strong knowledge of banking regulations, financial laws, and industry standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Certification such as CRCM or CAMS is a plus.
