Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive compliance program to mitigate risk and ensure regulatory adherence.
• Conduct regular internal audits and risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and non-compliance issues.
• Monitor changes in federal, state, and local regulations to advise leadership on necessary strategic adjustments.
• Deliver comprehensive training programs to employees on ethical conduct, company policies, and compliance standards.
• Prepare and submit accurate reports to regulatory bodies, board of directors, and senior management.
• Investigate internal concerns and coordinate with external auditors and legal counsel as needed.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3-5 years of professional experience in compliance, risk management, auditing, or a related field.
- Strong working knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks (e.g., SOX, HIPAA, FINRA, GDPR).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities with the capacity to present complex information clearly.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
