Responsibilities
- Monitor and interpret federal, state, and local regulations (Nevada Gaming Control Board, FINRA, SEC)
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures
- Conduct internal audits and risk assessments
- Prepare regulatory reports and maintain documentation
- Train staff on compliance requirements and ethical standards
- Investigate potential violations and recommend corrective actions
- Collaborate with legal and executive teams on regulatory changes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, or related field
- 3+ years compliance/regulatory experience in gaming or finance
- Certification (CRCM, CAMS, or CCEP) preferred
- Strong knowledge of Nevada gaming regulations and AML laws
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient with compliance software (e.g., MetricStream, RSA Archer)
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
