Responsibilities
- Develop and implement compliance programs aligned with federal/state regulations (SOX, HIPAA, OSHA)
- Conduct risk assessments and internal audits using provided audit software and equipment
- Prepare detailed compliance reports for executive stakeholders and regulatory bodies
- Train staff on compliance protocols using provided presentation tools and materials
- Monitor regulatory changes and update organizational policies accordingly
- Collaborate with legal and operations teams to ensure cross-functional compliance
- Manage compliance documentation using provided secure document management systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of compliance experience in regulated industries
- Strong knowledge of federal/state compliance regulations (FCC, FTC, EPA)
- Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) certification required
- Proficient with compliance software (e.g., RSA Archer, MetricStream)
- Exceptional analytical and reporting skills
- Ability to work independently using provided equipment and resources
- Pittsburgh-based candidates preferred; remote options available
