Responsibilities
- Monitor and interpret regulatory changes (federal, state, and local) to ensure organizational compliance
- Assist in developing and implementing internal compliance policies and procedures
- Document compliance activities and maintain accurate audit trails
- Conduct preliminary risk assessments and escalate findings to senior compliance officers
- Support employee training programs on compliance requirements and ethical standards
- Collaborate with departments to resolve compliance-related inquiries
- Prepare compliance reports for management review
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred but not required)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
