Join Compliance Solutions Inc., a leader in regulatory integrity, as a Compliance Officer in Wichita. This role offers hybrid flexibility with 3 days in-office and 2 remote days weekly.
As a key member of our regulatory team, you'll safeguard our organization's adherence to federal and industry standards while leveraging cutting-edge tools to streamline compliance processes.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive compliance programs aligned with OSHA, EPA, and industry regulations
- Conduct regular audits using provided digital tools and generate detailed compliance reports
- Train staff on regulatory requirements using our e-learning platforms and VR simulation equipment
- Investigate and resolve compliance violations with company-provided forensic software
- Stay updated on regulatory changes using our premium research databases and alert systems
- Collaborate with legal and operations teams using secure communication platforms
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of compliance experience in manufacturing or aviation sectors
- Strong knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations specific to Kansas
- Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) designation required
- Proficiency with compliance management software (we provide full training)
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
